     This is not just your regular stretching class – It highlights the core understanding of your body to help prevent injuries and builds a foundational framework of exercises to empower you to safely progress through other physical activities.

In this 2-part series we will explore in a playful, small group setting:

· How to use a foam roller and massage balls to release soft tissue restrictions prior to stretching to increase its pliability and effectiveness.

· How to target, identify and stretch the major muscle groups in the body to bring optimal mobility that enhances everything you do from daily functional activities to athletic performance.

Part 1:  Lower Body (Pelvis, Hips, Legs)
